I am General Manager at Fishers Preston, this entails managing the team and the work load on a day to day basis.
I have learnt loads on my apprenticeship, way on how to deal with team, conflict, recognition, incentives and much more.
I enjoyed the workshops with Greene King.
I feel Greene King provide a huge support network and value internal progression.
There is a clear plan on your apprenticeship but sometimes little communication with regional trainer.
I started off with not seeing my trainer for 3 months into the program, visits were staggered and then my trainer left the company, i then got a new trainer and she was much better.
Little to not much support from my BDM, workshops were ok.
My salary is great for my age and experience.
Not much.
Yes
Great career progression and benefits.
Work hard and you will be rewarded.
