Customer service, event organisation, encourage teamwork. Delivering the customer service steps
I’ve developed existing skills and become more confident in doing so.
I enjoyed learning / reading on how to improve business
I’m glad I was able to complete this apprenticeship, however I don’t think the wages make you feel valued.
I didn’t have a good start has I was pass from one tutor to another. This delayed my work progress. My manager did sort this problem once I had no response from them. However in the end I was given a lovely tutor who stayed with me with completion date.
Once I was given a tutor from a rocky start I had great support.
My manager sorted out the issues and was more than happy to assist me with ideas
I do feel pay doesn’t reflect loyalty to the company
