Whilst completing the course I worked in Guest Relations and this involved talking and listening to Guests, assisting with refunds and resolutions, resolving complaints on social media, health and safety related
It has given me a better understanding of my role and how vital getting things right are
I did enjoy the experience however I also found it challenging and did face numerous tutor changes which did impact at times
I feel very valued by the company and I am love working here
There is definitely room for some improvement. I wasn't set a lot of work at the beginning of the year and then ended up doing the majority of it in the last week of completion
I had multiple tutors which did cause some confusion and their tutor styles were different however they did respond to emails and calls promptly
If I needed support, then I did receive it. My line manager was very helpful and supported me when I asked
It does meet my requirements however I am always grateful for additional salary
Yes, there are many extra activities that the company organises which is great and always well organised
Yes
Friendly and comfortable environment. I feel valued and important within the company. Room for growth
Always take opportunities as there are so many here
