My job role, on a day to day basis I run the kitchen This include adhearing to food safety laws and ensureing the rest of the team are doing the same Keeping in line with stock budgets
Yes, the skills I have learnt have improved food quality in my buisnesss
Really enjoy the course, love learning new ways of doing dishes and cooking very different dishes from my day to day job
