I’m an accredited kitchen manager supporting several kitchens and kitchen managers in the daily running of a busy branded kitchen
I’ve learnt an incredible amount from all the practical sessions with a great tutor
The best parts for me are the 2 day practical sessions once a month. We create a 3 course meal each day from scratch covering all the areas required to complete this programme
As an apprentice I feel very valued
The practical part is very well organised. The theory not so much
Not a lot really but as an experienced kitchen manager don’t require as much
Loads
I’m ok but would always like more
Cooking new things I’ve learnt for my partner and kids
Yes
Good job security and progression
