Team Leader within the pub industry, managing my team, cashing up, checking stock levels, dealing with complaints or queries etc.
Developed more managerial skills, how to manage my team better.
It was generally knowledge I already had but was a good course, it was more of a refining course for me.
A bit valued but also feel that we could be more appreciated.
Very well structured, couldn’t fault the programme
Received a lot of support, if I had any questions they were always on hand to help
Plenty of support again always on hand to help out
The gap between team player and team leader isn’t that much considering how much more work we put in.
This question doesn’t state opportunities for what, more work? More learning?
Yes
Within my pub everyone pulls together, so you are very supported
That it can be very friendly and most pubs should make you feel welcome.
