Supply Chain Study Management Apprentice - management of clinical trials
Level 5 NVQ with be achieve, a foundation degree in international trade and a BSC in Chartered Management.
Better than expected, the company is a wide network with many oppotunities.
Regular 1-1's and oppotunities for involvement in a varied of tasks and projects.
Support by tutors, metors and managers. I had a two week induction and regular training.
Attitude towards supporting tasks is accessible both internally and externally.
I have a mentor for day to day support with regular 1-1's and a line manager with monthly 1-1's to check on my progress
Location is perfect with many links to travel
Yes lots of social events and company fundraisers. Events and classes at the gym at lunch etc.

Friendly and many oppotunities to network and move around the business. The best part is knowing you are helping provide live saving drugs to patients and their families.
Be prepared and know the values and purpose of the business. Have prepared notes and CV. Relating everything to an experience and go in depth as the interviewer is wanting to know how you would fit into the business.
