I work in the data and statistics division we ensure the timely and accurate collection of statistical data.
I have developed skills lots of news skills including in coding and excel which I had very little experience with before.
I enjoy working at The Bank
I understand my role is very important in the Bank as I help to ensure we have that data used to inform decisions made by the FPC and MPC.
We have a in-house training programme during our first year and that can progress onto degree apprenticeships.
There are lots of courses we can take to develop our skills in a range of areas.
We are given a study day to if we take a degree apprenticeship and they are supportive of helping us learn about other roles within the organisation.
It is enough to cover my living and travel costs and still allows for some left over income.
