i m the kitchen manager and accredited kitchen manager in my district. My responsibilities are food ordering, receiving, stock control, keep in place health and safety policy, train and hiring team. As an AKM my job role is to support other pubs in district by helping them and training to become KM or KTL In my job really important is to get well with people , leading team and support them
yes I learning something new on every day of academy and it helps to improve skills which I already have
I do enjoy a lot a programme it give me a lot of knowledge and it helps on everyday base at work and even home. my expectations were met really well i m happy with everything

my salary is the same as was 1,5 year ago so it doesn't really meet my costs. i m able to pay my rent, travel and daily costs but i always need to look on my spending and watch money
there is lots of to do out side of work, there is lots of gym around, cinemas or music events, in my free time i like to meet my friends play boar games or watch some football. I like to go to cinema and spend time listening a good music.

i would recommended M&B to people which just came to London or just starting work carrier as that's good place to learn and grow
to make sure their training is completed in 100% and done way how should be done. If someone will be train good way it will be easier to work for himn and understand company policies
