EDF Energy have failed to provide structured learning plan and qualifications originally agreed to. There was no induction and no guidance provided to line managers on how to accommodate apprentices.
Tutor accessibility is limited and little cooperation to resolve issues.
Support is limited as there is no flow down of guidance and a lack of empathy towards situations.
Salary does not enable lving within the local area resulting in inflated travel costs and thus means a limited funds for social costs
