Class 1 hgv driver for aldi now after completing my apprenticeship.
I have learnt to drive a class 1 and 2 hgv lorry. Have learnt how to read a map. Speak professionally to staff and customers. How to deliver and load a lorry.
I enjoyed it all and the fulfilment of learning something new every day.
I feel like this is the only place I have worked where you are actually valued and thought of as a employee that can make a difference.
Was very well organised. At the start we got a month by month sheet of what we would he doing.
If I need any support my section leader lee Roberts or my trainer Stuart Cooper are always to hand via phone or in person.
My section leader is always available if I need support for anything.
We get paid a very good salary. Especially for an apprenticeship.
There are many opportunities with all the qualifications I have received from this.
Yes
They are a great company to work for with many opportunities to grow.
If you get on with your work and work hard you will be noticed and rewarded for your efforts.
