I am currently a 4th year technical apprentice, my daily tasks include things such as in service cutomer queries, creating repair sheets etc.
i have gained an NVQ level 2, BTEC level 3 in Engineering and i am currently working towards my NVQ level 3 and Foundation degree in mechanical engineering
I really enjoy the programme, there hasnt been one day in which ive wokr up and havent wanted to come into work.
ye, this is beacue i am treat like any other BAE Systems employee. i am given real tasks that are important.
It is very well organised
my trainign department give me large amounts of support, if i ever need anmything they will help me out with it.
my employer supports me a great deal, if i need any help all i ahve to do is ask and someone will assist me.
it is a very good salary, i am curemntly on just over £20,000 as a 4th year technical apprentice
yes there are many oppertunities to do things outside of work such as charity events, visiting customers and suppliers etc.

because choosing an appreticeship with BAE Systems was the best decision of my life, i love what i do.
research the company before coming for an interview, give examples of teamwork, leaderships etc.
