We were often given in the morning a group excessive or talk to give us a greater insight as to what each type of law (litigation, banking and finance etc) and then we 3 different areas of the firm throughout to week to complete work that a lot of the trainees do on a day to day basis.
I have developed my confidence and communication skills by being able to interact with the workers and ask for help when I needed it.
I really enjoyed this programme. Not only have I met lots of new people that I will keep in touch with it gave me a great insight as to what a law firm is like.
I felt very valued by the workers at Pinsent Masons as they did every thing they could to make me feel comfortable and answered all the questions I had regarding the type of work they do.
We had something different to do everyday which kept the experience very interesting.
They have been nothing but supported. Many offered to keep in touch if I needed help in the future.
