I am a team leader, I need to manage the shift, sort out issues with staff/customers. Make sure everything is running correctly
I have learnt different techniques of leadership, as well as gaining new ways of approaching tasks
It was informative and I gained skills as well as learning about my weaknesses
I feel like I am valued by the company as they helped me progress myself
The program started slightly rocky as my trainer moved on to another career but after that it went smoothly
I was offered daily support, just an email away
I had quite a bit of support from my manager and deputy
I personally think it should be a little bit more just to the work load and the amount that is put on one person
I have been offered a few other jobs due to having these new skills
Yes
They care about staff and want them to progress
Just tell them what you want to do and where your goals are and they will help you reach them
