My role involves a variety of things whether it be working and rotating stock or date checking and filling out paperwork
I have developed my communication skills
I enjoy my programme and would highly recommend to anyone else
I feel I play an important role throughout the day in any area I work
At the start it was fine but as time went on my meetings with my apprenticeship provider wasn’t consistent and I lost a lot of work due changes.
I had much support from my first apprenticeship provider. However , my second one wasn’t the best at keeping to the arranged dates to meet and I have newly had a third.
I have received a lot of support throughout my career so far with Aldi
They balance out quite well with my expenses throughout the month compared To my income
There are various team bonding excersises outside of work with my colleagues
