My job title is Associate. I do a broad variety of work within expat tax, initially quite a lot of admin and process and increadingly more tax technical work. I work on some big clients and attend frequent meetings.
I have gone from knowing very little about tax to quite a bit! My general professional skills and written work has defintely improved, better eye for detail etc.
It's good. There is a decent variety of work and you get looked after pretty well

We have regular training events
you have a performance manager to monitor progress, big company = great HR dept and plenty of schemes/benefits.
pretty low salary to start with. Once you have paid for rent, travel and food in London the starting wage leaves you with fairly litte. that said it goes up significantly after Y1
There are always loads of great events to get involved.
