Client facing work involving either IT Audit or IT risk compliance work. A range of types of projects are on going usually linked to current affairs in the financial services industry
Extensive use of excel which has improved my skills in using this
The work itself is rather challenging but the networking opportunities And social elements are brilliant
Extremely, people are always interested in what i am doing
Personally very well but I know others had problems getting onto projects
We have training days to learn the basics of what is needed
There are extensive opportunities for support or training programmes

It is a great opportunity and opens doors into future jobs
Just be natural and let the talent spotters observe you naturally rather than trying to impress and trying too hard. Always try and ask questions and follow up anything you don't understand.
