- Interacting with customers - Checking security logs - Updating/Ugrading and maintaining IT equipment, applications and networks - Generating reports for customers - Malware analysis - Auditing company documents and policies
I have learnt how to generate reports as well as using Linux Command Line and various other industry standard equipment. This has furthered my knowledge in cyber security.
It is fun to work at Leonardo but it can also be stressful too. The team is very supportive in many fields and good to work with.
I feel very valued and my hard work is recongised by managers and those alike!
In the area I work in, it can be quite disorganzied however it is as structured as possible. There is room for improvment, especially placements.
I get a lot support college. The tutors are very helpful and respond quickly to any questions and quries.
I get a lot of support from Leonardo, there is always someone to help from any department concerning wellbeing or training
