On a day-to-day basis, I work in the office handling the safe. I work on the shop floor replenish stock, work deliveries and tidy.
I have learnt better team communication skills whilst doing my apprenticeship.
I enjoy my programme as I have met loads of supportive members of staff that are willing to help me push myself to be the best I can be.
For how big the company is and how many members of staff they have, each individual is accounted for. You’re always praised on everything you do right, and always shown how to do it a little different to make it easier.
My programme is very organised in store, however, the external company aren’t always as organised as us.
I do receive a lot of support from my trainer, they’re always there for me whenever I may need them. They’re always there to help me perform better, and improve my skills.
I receive endless amount of support from my employer.
My salary is well above what the apprenticeship wage is.
There are many opportunities outside of work.
