  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The overall organization and structure to my program was good as I was given a plan for the whole year so I knew where I was meant to be and what I was doing. the first year of the apprenticeship is mainly at the training center with a few weeks on site, the second year is more of a 50/50 split between the training center and site in which time you can start to get you jobs done for the logbook, which is the qualification you are aiming to get as you need to do jobs and supply evidence to get the qualification. the third year is mostly on site where you will finish off your apprenticeship.
