Combination of on site experience, University work and training courses at the learning centre (Eakring)
Developed loads on hands on skills(e.g. workshop) and also learned loads about operations, and operation diagrams
Very enjoyable but a lot of hard work and commitment is needed
They make it a huge point that everyone is treated well and cared for.
Very well organised but can be very strenuous on someone learnign all this for the first time
All the support I need is offered not only by the company but also by the university for any acedemics.

It meets my costs easily and i have no worries over the salary
There are opportunities to get involved in extra activities but these are usually organised by the staff

It is an overall very good package but the person must be ready to work very hard.
Learn as much as you can and try and get ahead of your learning
