Overall i think the apprenticeship is a great scheme which allows me to learn daily. On a day-to-day basis I work on the tills and on the shop floor as well as learning new things each day
I have become more confident when speaking to others and have learnt a variety of new things that i didnt know before, such as operating a till as well as being able to manage my time on shop floor.
I thoroughly enjoy this programme as it allows me work as well as continue to learn. I find it exciting and interesting.
I feel like a very valued member of the team as everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help you when you need it.
The programme is very organised as it allows you to develop each year as you learn different things each year to a higher level.
I am very supported by my training provider as i get constructive feedback to ensure i excell and they explain things thoroughly before handing me a task.
My employer gives me amazing support as he helps me progress through the programme and is willing to answer any questions i have about tasks.
My salary is great as I still live at home so for a 17 year old its great.
With the aldi perks i have alot of opportunities to enjoy myself out side of work.
Yes
Because for a school leaver its an amazing experience as you get a good wage and you are able to pick up skills and excell your self in ways you didn’t know you could.
When applying to Aldi just be honest and be yourself.
