  • I have become very confident and my communication skills have improved a lot.

  • I love it, the people, the support, the environment. everything is so enjoyable.

  • I feel very valued. everybody is so interested in the apprenticeship scheme as it is a new thing here. I have been to so many events and met so many people.

  • everything has a plan and structure. we follow a week to week study planner.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • we have a skills coach, 2 apprenticeship managers and a line manager

  • as much as neccesarry.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • the pay for a apprenticeship is very good. same as a normal colleague, which you cant complain about.

  • the company is very charity involved so host a lot of events outside of work

  • Yes

  • because its a amazing place to work.
