Customer Service Advisor. Daily tasks are to answer calls of customers and service their needs
I have become very confident and my communication skills have improved a lot.
I love it, the people, the support, the environment. everything is so enjoyable.
I feel very valued. everybody is so interested in the apprenticeship scheme as it is a new thing here. I have been to so many events and met so many people.
everything has a plan and structure. we follow a week to week study planner.
we have a skills coach, 2 apprenticeship managers and a line manager
as much as neccesarry.
the pay for a apprenticeship is very good. same as a normal colleague, which you cant complain about.
the company is very charity involved so host a lot of events outside of work
