I manager cash and I open and close on my shift I run a shift in a smooth way
I learnt to keep calm on running my shift and I learnt a quick way to count stock now
I enjoyed my programme because now I’m trained in level 3
I feel like a part of the company and give me a chance to have my responsibilities
The program was hard but I had help with it sometime I would look a whole sheet but I would some howbremember on what I put
I received a lot of help with my training because I have readings promblem so I had some help
I had a lot of support from my employer that gave me time off to do my course work
I am happy with the amount of pay I get from my employer
Not many but I’m happy where I am

Because they are a good company they just need to look after the staff a bit better
