Joining the Santander degree apprenticeship program was the best thing I've ever done and I'm thoroughly enjoying my time here.

As aforementioned, Santander can't do enough to make you feel welcome. If you are struggling with something, they are more than happy to help and cater to everyone's needs individually.
The salary at Santander is amazing and the fact I am getting a degree paid for is even better.
I am constantly involved in volunteering activities through the company and attend various meetings to promote the apprenticeship outside of work.
