Currently i am completing a 3 year apprenticeship with Rolls-Royce. I am working towards a level 3 BTEC and a level 2 NVQ within my first year. I currently go to college full time within my first year, in my second year i am on day release from company and finally in my third and final year i am full time at company where i will work towards an NVQ level 3.
I have learnt many new practical skills when working with many different sections within college, i had exsiting skills but they have developed massively.
I enjoy thr apprenticeship massively, it had been the best decision i have made. Rolls-Royce are a fantastic company to work for, i love the fact i can earn money, and gain qualifications whilst meeting new people.
I feel very valued by Rolls-Royce, they eill do anything they can to improve your knowledge and skills. A very supportive company.
Very well structured, obviously it has been set to get the best out of the apprentice whilst getting the correct qualifications.
Anything i need they will provide, they are very helpful if you need anything. The tutors will go out of their way to assist you if you need i.
Our employer is very supportive and will solve any issues which we may have
I believe the salary covers any transport costs, and also leaves some money to either save or enjoy spending your hard earned wages.
There are many different opportunities outside of work, i have completed many open days and events for the company.
Yes
Rolls-Royce is a fanstastic company to work for. They are supportive and offer many different ways to boost your knowledge and improve your practical skills.
Work hard when completing the application, it may seem tedious but try and create the best possible personal statement and presentation.
