Working towards ACA qualification. Picked up much financial and audit specific knowledge on the job.
Yes I enjoy it, great opportunity. Value being in a working environment whilst also gaining qualification. Great company culture.
I feel valued.
Very well organised and structured.
Lots of support received. We receive training in audit tasks, as well as college visits for studying for exams.
Lots of support received. Good counselling and buddy system.
Overall well. Able to receive season ticket loan so travel is covered, living costs covered however sometimes have to cut back on social costs. Only set-back is during busy season where we can expense items then claim them back, as this can take a few weeks and leave me out of pocket for a period.
Yes, volunteering, classes, socials, sports etc.
