So I'm a customer service advisor for Santander on a daily basis I am solving customers problems and queries. our responsibilities are to be confident while dealing with our customer and make them want to be apart of Santander's community. Everyone within Santander are extremely friendly and helpful
I have improved my communication skills and have learned how to be empathetic.
I love this programme its an amazing way to do well in life it doesn't matter about your background Santander is all about equality and I see that every single day when I arrive at work.
I feel extremely valued as my manager is really kind he supports me on a daily basis and if he isn't around there is always someone happy to help
it is very organised and structured I couldn't point out any faults if you asked me to
I receive a lot of support from the training provider if you're struggling in anyway they will always find a way to support you and can even switch up the way you're learning so it suits you
i cant put into words how much support i get from Santander its honestly that good

I would recommend it to all my friends because it doesn't feel like you're going to work that's how much I enjoy it.
when applying for Santander one of the main things is don't panic when applying. once you're at the interview be confident its not as scary as you think its actually fun. also when applying I wouldn't hesitate its a huge company and you should feel proud applying for it.
