Every day is a school day
Every day is a new and exciting challenge
I always feel as if i am equal to other employees rather than just an apprentice
The training package works although there is always room for improvement which the company strives to do every day in all aspects of the company
The tutors and NVQ assessors are all very knowlegable people and arer always willing to got the extra mile to help me
they are 100% behind me providing any help and support i need
it must be one of the best paid apprenticeships out there offering some of the best training and opportunities out there

As i have now begun a long career with the company and could not imagine working for another company
