My role is now a deputy store manager which involves managing the team, date-checking, and managerial duties. As well as normal store duties
Yes I have learnt a lot of new managerial skills and developed my confidence with communicating to others. I have also developed my problem solving skills being able to rectify issues quickly and efficiently.
I am really enjoying my experience in aldi and looking forward to the future to what Aldi can do for me and what I can do for them. All the staff are really friendly which makes the job more enjoyable
Pretty well valued
Doesn't seem to be much communication between the apprentiship company and aldi company but the programme itself is pretty straight forward
