  • Receiving inbound and making outbound calls on overdue accounts and handling any queries regarding invoices/payments.

  • Currently undertaking this Apprenticeship to further developing my skills and have attended workshops within the business to gain further knowledge around the FCA guidelines to finance leasing.

  • I feel I have joined a friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful team and I believe to be settling in nicely.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Since I have changed job roles in October 2017, I have felt more valued within the team and given more responsibility and help with my yearly performance.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have been on the programme for a year now and my apprenticeship is supposed to be completed, however my last trainer was brilliant and offered any support where needed.

  • 6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?
  • Currently not receiving any and awaiting on an e-mail to book in a meeting with my new advisor.

  • I received much support and time out to complete any workbooks or attend any tutor sessions with my advisor.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Location wise there is no problem but living costs not so much.

  • There are monthly voluntary initiatives to take part in to help out in the community and a page where employees can keep up to date on events which I have previously taken part in.

  • 9. Would you recommend Lloyds Banking Group to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Since my time here I have learnt a lot and worked in different areas and given help and guidance on how to further advance my career with monthly targets being met on what I need to improve on.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Application process is not so hard and I thought interviews were well laid back but quite a hassle with the onboarding process but which I understand is a requirement But I think working with the bank gives you a steady career with plenty of benefits.
