Placed within EY Advisory department, in Risk. Attending meetings, working on client projects, attending presentations and working on projects.
Meet a broad range of people, from working with mangers, senior managers, even directors and partners. Great opportunity to work as part of a team and also develop strong communication skills.
Thoroughly, there are great opportunities to use the internships on this programme to gain an insight into the specific areas you want to explore within such a huge company.
Greatly valued. We are treated with socials around London, and were also provided accommodation for some of the internship experiences. The people you meet at EY are impressed about the scheme and give you work that matters.
Very well structured. There are always 1 or more training days before every placement and you are guided through the whole process. When you are given work, there is always people you can ask for clarification and people you can turn to eg personal buddys or "counsellors" who are always happy to help
Difficult to manage the salary when accommodation is not provided. Living in London is not cheap, however, when you consider the opportunity and experience you benefit from, then you won't be disappointed. Interns at banks etc may have a higher salary, but the regular nature of this 4 year experience is invaluable for the future.
Yes
Great people. Great opportunities. Great experiences.
