I am a tech apprentice in GSK IT. I work in Access Management and create, delete and give access to internal GSK customer accounts. I chair weekly team meetings and working on 2 projects at the moment.
Confidence is one of the main transferable skills I have seen myself develop in the last 6 months. I do a presentation every 3 months about what ive done every 3 months.
I really enjoy my programme, I have had so many great opportunities and unconditional support.
I feel very valued as GSK are investing time and money into me because they see potential in me.
Organised but could be improved. There was a 6 months delay with starting the Open University element of the course.
A visit every 2 months and a call every month.
1-1 support whenever I need it, feel incredibly lucky.
I moved from Birmingham and moved to West London. My wage covers my rent which is £600 but I am struggling to save money whilst trying to survive.

Its changed me, the values of the company are values I now live by. I feel like ive matured into a well rounded woman and im only 6 months in, imagine how I will be in 3 years!
Research the company, come well equipped with knowledge of the values and ethics of the company.
