  • yes i have gained a city and guilds qualification in aeronautical engineering and am currently completing my level 3 nvq.

  • I really enjoy my job the team i work with are good and everyone is a great help here.

  • very valued they look after there employees well.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is all planned from start till finish but some times there are changes due to business needs and demands which effects the way things are done and we can sometimes not be told about the changes until the last minute.

  • They are always there to help you and very happy to do so.

  • A lot they will help you with anything they can.

  • 7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?
  • Not so well at the moment as we have started to have to pay for our own accomodation in the second year but it will be good when we are fully qualified.

  • Yes there are lots of extra qualifications you can gain.

  • Make sure you fully understand the costs involved in moving away from your hometown whilst on base.
