working with customers supporting them with their financial needs and financial education in order to make them better of financially. finding their needs stated and unstated and making sure I can helo them. I must prepare diaries and plan for my appointments, appointments consist of loans, credit cards, new accounts, overdrafts.
lots of new skills in order to develop myself as an individual. I have become better at time keeping and managing my time. also become better at preparing myself by continuing to complete diary preparations. I have become better at communicating with others and increased my confidence in talking to people about new things.
I really enjoy my programme as I get to help a lot of people with their needs and can make a difference to their lives. I also have a great team to work with which makes a big difference and means that I havea better time whilst I'm at work. They also give me all the support I need to complete my apprenticeship work too.
I personally feel very valued as they don't think of the employees as a number but as an actual person I am given all the support, advice and guidance that is needed to allow me to grow and develop as an individual.
Not very well organised as I quite often don't know what I'm supposed to be doing with my apprenticeship work.
A lot of support when the provider is within the building but when they are not I do not recieve any support at all or if I do it is minimal.
It meets my costs well. as an apprentice my salary is very good and I have no complaints with it.
Yes there are many opportunites outside of work
