I have now progressed on to the management side of my apprenticeship. This envolves the running of the shop and delegating jobs and targets out to staff and ensuring availability and targets are met.
Yes learning management skills is amazing. learning to do orders and just day to day management duties helps to overcome many barriers and getting respect from long term staff and senior members is a great achievement in my eyes.My confidence has also sky rocketed and the things i can achieve are unreal.
My experience with Aldi has been an excellent experience one that i would not change for the world and one i'm certainly never gonna forget. The team i work with is brilliant and the customers keep you going the experience and job keep you on your toes thats for certain.
extremely valued. I am always requested to cover when needed and the feedback i receive is excellent and really gives you a go to attitude and every target very soon became achievable. The team always pull together when in need and this is a nice feeling.
its had its ups and downs but its on track ive had 3 different trainers due to first4skills ceasing to trade but all my work is very quickly getting back on track. sometimes i feel forgotten about in terms of training but we dont have enough staff at the moment for this to be provided all the time.
average support but the apprenticeship is time consuming and sometimes if im working lots of hours in a week sometimes getting round to completing work requested by my trainer is a squeeze.Sometimes my social life is affected by having to see my trainer on my days off.
again they support me where and how they can depending on what it is.
excellent. Im saving for a mortgage i have a motorbike and i earn a lot for a 17 year old. I see this as a great achievement and the pay rises are great. The wages are a bonus so it goes to show that your hard work pays off in the end.
not as many as i would expect i would hope to think this will change over time.
Yes
its an excellent company to work for and my experience has been fabulous and i would hope a friend would have the same great experience ive had. The things you can achieve and the hurdles you can overcome are absolutely astounding. The wages are also a bonus so hard work pays off in the end.
