My job title is an assurance associate. Every day is different as we are always facing new clients and encountering other challenges during our services.
My people skills have developed tremendously due to the large amount of client interaction.
It is a very rewarding environment. The pay is great and so is the general day to day work. The people are the best part because when you are down, the whole team will bring you up and its a very friendly and sociable workplace.
I have had many health problems but each time EY have been excellent in helping me through it.
The split between college and work is difficult at times but easily managed if you become organised.
They are always there for one to ones or a quick call
I struggled to get into the work midset to begin with but my counsellor at EY helped tremendously!
It easily is one of the best paid school leaver jobs across London.
EY are very big on socials outside of work.
