Auditing
Yes, many skills.
My team is supportive. The HR and exam team have no idea about our scheme.
We are over worked, underpaid, under appreciated. We are consistently fed false/misleading information about our course. [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] We are ignored when there are problems. There is very little support if you are struggling at any point. It is normal to be expected to work a 70h week.
It is structured, however noone seems to know the structure. When we are struggling, the support and advice we get is to 'go for more walks'. I have no mentors, just expectations once thrown in at the deep end. All tasks are delegated to me due to my experience on the client, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] The programme is not organised.
There is support, we are often told who to go to if we are struggling. If you go to them, there is no support, [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] training providers cannot ever seem to engage the class.
From my manager, he says he supports me but there is no actual support or coaching. My biggest concerns at work are with the HR department, so there's nowhere else for me to go with these concerns. My mentor is brilliant but its limited what she can do. Accessibility for support is good but as mentioned, the support is completely useless.
Poorly. my outgoings living by myself are very high.
Not since Corona Virus
No
I wouldn't want any of my friends to endure the overwhelming stress and pressure the last 4 years has brought for me.
Apply to the grad scheme, not the school leavers scheme. Noone knows about this scheme and therefore you are not appreciated or supported correctly.
