I am a Apprentice Executive assistant, I help handle a portfolio of directors and assist them with their daily duties.
I have learnt manY IT based skills and have gained knowledge in business fundementals
I enjoy my work as it develops me and allows me to be creative
I feel very valued at EY as i have been presented EA of the month
My company is very organised and the leadership that is in place helps with my training very effectively
The training is sufficent, how ever communication isnt that substantial
The support is great and promotes development
The salary supports my personal needs
There are oppertunitys to do Coorperate responsibility days
