I have completed my frame work, which involved; 1 year at college studying PEO level 2 and the Btec level 3. Then returned to the defence site and carried out the on site training. Which involves inspection and fitting of aerospace engines. I have now been offered a substantial role as an Aerospace Engine Inspector on the EJ200.
I have learnt how to use a variety of different tooling, computer systems, planning systems and inspection techniques. My job involves a variety of different skills which I have picked up whilst training.
I completely enjoy my programme and wouldn't want to work for any other company.
Very valued. I have been treated with respected throughout the whole time I have worked for the company.
Everything that has been introduced to me has been explained very will, all qualifications have been provided and any support which was needed has always been provided.
As much as I need when required.
