  • I enjoy the role however the learning side of things has been, in some places, not very useful

  • 4. How valued do you feel by NatWest?
  • I feel replaceable - I don't feel like I am a full member of the team and have been treated differently in comparison to other apprentices that have started after me.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The learning and some of the task books I've completed have felt like a waste of time as is not relevant or basics that when "achieved" is just business as usual so a struggle to get feedback or appraisal when its nothing outstanding just your day to day role.

  • I am happy with my Salary, of course more would never be turned away.

  • Yes

  • RBS look after their staff - wellbeing is important as is a good work/life balance.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Make sure you're comfortable in the role you're applying for and don't go through apprenticeship.
