I enjoy the role however the learning side of things has been, in some places, not very useful

I feel replaceable - I don't feel like I am a full member of the team and have been treated differently in comparison to other apprentices that have started after me.

The learning and some of the task books I've completed have felt like a waste of time as is not relevant or basics that when "achieved" is just business as usual so a struggle to get feedback or appraisal when its nothing outstanding just your day to day role.

I am happy with my Salary, of course more would never be turned away.

RBS look after their staff - wellbeing is important as is a good work/life balance.

Make sure you're comfortable in the role you're applying for and don't go through apprenticeship.
