software development , cobol programming on a daily business , interact with line manager and other teams to ensure business requirments and further training
yes I have learnt how to use z/os mainframe , also learned how to code with jcl , cobol, sql
the courses were good fun , especially for meeting other people doing similar things as myself , so it was great to expand my network of people
I feel very valued , as rbs has allocated time resources and money to ensure that I have the opportunity to fulfil my full potential
the training was well structured , the meetings with assessor were the most beneficial
I received enough support to ensure I finished my level 6 with no hassle
rbs fully supports my apprenticeship by allocating enough time to ensure I have a good work balance as well as time to complete my level 6 work
