telephony based apprenticeship. debt management operations. dealing with customer accounts and working with vulnerable customers.
learnt how to speak to customers professionally and using new systems.
I enjoy working within a team and speaking to new people.
I do feel valued as a member of staff but at times i can feel isolated.
