Help customer day to day transaction and handover or book appointment to help customer fulfill their financial need
New skills I have developed are as follows: - knowledge on banking - financial structure of uk banking - legislation FCA - digital banking
The part I enjoy in my programme is leaning about banking market structure,new knowledge etc
Very valued as I have been provided with a lot of training and time to train with in my work time
I get regular feedback monthly and Webinars from my mentor
I get time off to do training regularly
I get enough for monthly expenses however not enough to save or apply for mortgages in the future
Lot of branches are closing at the moment therefore I does prepare me for more of a consultative work
