We have a counsellor that we can contact whenever we need help

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

Very well - I work in London so my salary is higher than it would be if I worked in a regional office. I also live at home so I do not have many living costs.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

Yes - EY support an independent charity called the EY Foundation and there are many volunteering opportunities with them. For example, I am volunteering as a mentor for a disadvantaged A-level student.

9. Would you recommend EY to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

Because EY values everyone - it is a great company to work for. When you work for a firm this large, if you want to change jobs all you need to do is change teams - not leave EY.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?

Be very enthusiastic and open, personality means so much. More than your grades
