Yes - EY support an independent charity called the EY Foundation and there are many volunteering opportunities with them. For example, I am volunteering as a mentor for a disadvantaged A-level student.

Because EY values everyone - it is a great company to work for. When you work for a firm this large, if you want to change jobs all you need to do is change teams - not leave EY.
