Many new technical skills acquired and developed.
The programme is very rewarding combining University degree and day to day job, combining the both provides extensive career progression.
University trips to Aston provide a great opportunity for social events and chance to meet up with colleagues. Team building events with the wider teams worked with day to day could be improved.
