This was a Skills Academy, so it involved working in teams to carry out tasks, meet deadlines and learn about our individual work styles.
The programme involved developing interview, presentation and communication skills.
Thoroughly enjoyable 3 days which was both fun and inciteful. It was extremely rewarding and stimulating to be a part of.
Extremely, it is clear EY place great importance on graduates for the future and value their presence within the company.
It is clear great thought had gone into planning the detail of the programme so we were never left without a task.
The training providers were constantly on hand to answer questions and provide assistance.
The employer has provided extensive details of how the can help and assist us in the future.
The company covered all travel and accomodation expenses as well as providing sufficient refreshment.
Yes, EY organised 2 evening social activities which were thoroughly enjoyable and inclusive for the group.

It is clear they value graduates and students highly and thus provide a genuinely useful and stimulating experience.
