On a day to day basis I work on different company products and now, in my current placement I debug and fix the LRIs that come into the department.
I have learnt a lot of new skills since starting the apprenticeship, they have been highly valued by both myself and the company
I love the programme that I am on as I have a really keen interest in it
I always feel very highly valued by the company for both my skills and my personality as I feel as though the company really takes into consideration who I am and how I can make best use of my skills
The programme is very well organised and the structure is laid out very clearly from day one of the job.
I receive plenty of support from my training providers
My employer gives me a lot of support both academically and on a personal level by listening to what I want to do in the future
My salary more than meets my costs of living but it would be nice to be paid more
There are lots of chances to get involved with things outside of work like different charity quizzes, sports competitions amongst other things like business events and dinners
Yes
Because it is a great company to work for and would strongly suggest anyone give it a go
Be yourself! Consider where you would like to end up in the future and what you would like to do in the long term before following one route
