I am an technical operator on line a in soups, my role as a technical operator is to make sure that the production line runs and product is suitable for the consumer.
I have received a couple of food related qualifications while working at premier foods and also been able to start an apprenticeship which allows me to learn new things and gain qualifications there
I feel the programme is good and that I have been gaining a lot from it and I have been enjoying learning new skills and gaining new knowledge
Mostly internal recognition and also appreciation from manager
The induction was good and gave a good explanation for what too expect, the training and support has been good during the course and we have been receiving lots of support from mentors
The training provider has been providing lots of support and has been very accessible and able too give good guidance
the employer has offered lots of support both from line manager and also from HR
