We have two work shop days and three class room days. In the workshop we have assignments to complete to pass the criteria that has to be met, I have found this more to my advantage as I have already had an apprenticeship before as an electrian and my hand skill are rather good, I think I am clue up on what has to be done and the way it is suppose to be done. In our classroom days we have to learn about all the criteria that is needed to pass, which includes health and safety, technical drawings, etc.
Yes I think I have learnt quite a few new skills, easier ways to do things
Quite well although a few things could be better
Not so much at this moment in time, due to me just been based at college but when I start full time at work on site I think I could end up being a valuable role at bae
Quite well organised but a few things could be better on how we get taught things
If needed we can get all the support we need but I think they like it for you to try an do everything your self been base on work situations, as in you can't always get the help, so doing it yourself is the way you should look about going round things
A lot if needed, always there for you in any situation
Not very well but that is due to me living away from home and having to pay rent, makes it hard but if still living with parents, it is a lot of money to have, come to getting a pay rise will make it much easier for me personally
Not 100% sure but I think there is opportunities to go away with work
Yes
There work they do, seem amazing, building something to protect your country, what doesn't sound better than that !
